The customer is Mr. Nguyen Van Hong (name changed), residing in Thoi Tan commune, Thoi Lai district, Can Tho city. At the end of 2024, Mr. Hong and his wife, Ms. Anh, borrowed capital from VietinBank Tay Can Tho to supplement resources to develop their family business. However, not long after that, Mr. Hong discovered that he had a serious illness and did not survive.
