According to the provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment, implementing the cooperation agreement between Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee and Que Lam Group Joint Stock Company for the period of 2022-2025. Up to now, Dong Nai has implemented 5 cultivation models on 4 types of trees: rice, green-skinned grapefruit, durian and mangosteen and 5 pig farming models in Dinh Quan, Thong Nhat and Cam My districts. Currently, the models are in the transition phase to organic production, not enough time for organic certification.

Regarding the goal of building two chains linking production, processing and consumption of organic products, the units are surveying in Thong Nhat and Tan Phu districts.

At the meeting, the localities proposed that Que Lam Group Joint Stock Company evaluate the effectiveness of the organic rice production model in Cam My, complete the process of growing grapefruit, durian, mangosteen and expand the organic production area. At the same time, they requested that the group produce organic fertilizers domestically and internationally; the Provincial People's Committee support the consumption of organic products.

Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to review, remove difficulties and adjust the joint project to submit to the Provincial People's Council; study the use of waste products in agricultural production. At the same time, she requested Que Lam Group to continue to coordinate in promoting, supporting, replicating the model and connecting product consumption.

Previously, the working group surveyed three farming models in Thong Nhat district, including: green-skinned grapefruit of Mr. Vu Xuan Binh's family, mangosteen of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuoc's family, and durian at Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hiep's household.
