The class has 53 trainees who are cadres, civil servants, and public employees holding leadership and management positions at the department level and equivalent at agencies, units, and localities in the province. During the 10-day period, trainees will be equipped and updated with basic knowledge and skills on leadership, management, direction, and operation of work, contributing to improving the capacity, performance of duties and responsibilities of the team of cadres, civil servants, and public employees at the department level and equivalent, meeting the requirements and assigned powers at the agency and unit.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Tran Doan Quyen, Vice Principal of the Provincial Political School, emphasized: The organization of the training course aims to concretize the Party and State's guidelines and policies on building a team of leaders and managers to meet the requirements of the new period. Therefore, it is recommended that students uphold their sense of responsibility, strictly comply with the class regulations, actively exchange and study to effectively apply them to practical work at agencies and units.
The training course contributes to improving management capacity, meeting the increasing requirements in staff work, organizing and implementing tasks at the grassroots level, and at the same time is the basis for evaluating, planning, arranging and using appropriate staff in the coming time./.
