Opening of the training course for senior specialists

On the afternoon of April 8, Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee coordinated with Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to organize the opening ceremony of the training course for civil servants at the senior expert level and equivalent in 2025. Attending the opening ceremony were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee; leaders of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.

Overview of the opening ceremony of the training course

The training course for civil servants at the senior specialist level and equivalent has 29 trainees who are leaders and managers of departments, branches, sectors and districts and cities. From April 8 to May 30, 2025, trainees will study 33 topics such as: Controlling the implementation of State power; development trends of Vietnamese socialist law; public service culture and public service responsibilities; national digital transformation management; inter-sectoral and inter-regional management; emergency management skills; circular economy and the role of the State; analytical thinking skills and systems thinking... In addition to the topics studied and researched in class, trainees will also participate in practical research activities.

The training course takes place from April 8 to May 30, 2025.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the leaders of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee emphasized the important role and significance of training and fostering cadres. Through the training course, the trainees are equipped with and updated with knowledge and skills on state management of senior experts; develop corresponding skills in performing assigned tasks and powers. Thereby contributing to building a team of cadres with moral qualities, political courage and capacity; meeting the requirements of job positions and title standards of cadres and civil servants in the political system of the province. The leaders of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee also required the trainees to strictly comply with the regulations, concentrate highly on studying; proactively research, actively exchange and discuss to clarify issues to achieve the highest learning efficiency./.
