Opening of the 13th Party Central Committee Conference

On the morning of November 25, at the Party Central Committee headquarters, the Party Central Committee opened the 13th Party Central Committee Conference.

General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man , Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Cam Tu chaired the conference. General Secretary To Lam delivered the opening speech.

This is an extraordinary Party Central Committee conference. According to regulations, the Party Central Committee holds two regular conferences each year. The most recent Party Central Committee conference was the 10th Central Committee Conference, which took place in September, earlier than usual.
