During the 7-day (training for frame B officers) and 18-day (training for squads), soldiers are trained in some basic knowledge of military art, content and working methods in the stage of organizing and preparing for combat at the squad level; content, organization and training methods, planning methods, training schedules, writing lesson plans and practicing training for frame B officers and squads; mastering the features of some new technical equipment to apply in training, combat readiness; performing well the responsibilities of commanding and managing squads, maintaining good order and discipline during the day and week to meet the requirements and tasks.

Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Thanh Tam requested relevant units to do well in all tasks to ensure the training process and safety in all aspects. Reserve soldiers must participate in full training according to regulations, ensuring 100% of the number of soldiers; study and learn from comrades and teammates, "learn new and review old". At the end of the training course, each comrade must have good political courage, technical and tactical skills, as a basis for application in performing local military and defense tasks, contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety in the area.
