Opening of the 3rd Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2024

On April 16, at Khanh Hoa Primary School (Yen Khanh), the Department of Information and Communications coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports, Department of Education and Training, and the People's Committee of Yen Khanh district to organize the opening ceremony of the 3rd Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2024.

This year's Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day is held with the message: "Good books need readers"; "Precious books for friends".

Within the framework of the event, there will be an exhibition "Hoang Sa, Truong Sa of Vietnam - historical and legal evidence"; a photo exhibition in the ASEAN community. Along with that, there will be exchanges and discussions on the topic "Books - the value of gratitude"; visits to book models about DK1 Platform; reading experience activities on the Multimedia Mobile Library...

The Book Day and Exhibition event will take place over 3 days (April 16-18, 2024).

Through Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, we contribute to building and developing the reading movement among students, spreading and forming the habit and love of reading among students in the whole district.

The 3rd Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2024 is an occasion to honor the value of books, affirm the position, role and importance of books in life, and at the same time arouse the reading movement among students and people of all walks of life, contributing to building an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity.

Opening of the 3rd Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2024 — The Organizing Committee awarded 10 scholarships to poor students who overcame difficulties and students with excellent academic achievements in Yen Khanh district.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee awarded 10 scholarships worth 5 million VND to poor students who have overcome difficulties and students with excellent academic achievements in Yen Khanh district and presented 200 notebooks to Khanh Hoa Primary School.
