The 2025 ship refrigeration system training course takes place over 21 days (from September 15 to October 9). During the training course, students will be equipped with theory combined with direct practice on the structure, operating principles, technical characteristics of the refrigeration system; methods of exploitation, management, operation; maintenance, repair; technical safety requirements on ships. The teaching is directly undertaken by a team of experienced lecturers from Hai Phong Polytechnic College.

Speaking at the training course, Major General Nguyen Quang Anh requested all students to strictly follow the class regulations, focus on studying and mastering the subject content, and promote a sense of responsibility to achieve the highest quality. At the same time, the Organizing Committee and the School coordinate well in management work, create favorable conditions for facilities and living conditions, and ensure absolute safety throughout the learning process. After completing the training program, students will apply the knowledge they have acquired into practical work, gradually master and improve the efficiency of management, exploitation, and technical assurance of refrigeration systems on ships, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

The opening ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere, with the determination to build a team of ship technical officers with increasingly high professional qualifications, contributing directly to improving the quality of technical assurance of ships in the entire army.
