Opening of a $21 million German textile and dyeing factory in Ninh Thuan province

On the morning of April 9, Suedwolle Group (Federal Republic of Germany) held the opening ceremony of the Ninh Thuan Textile and Dyeing Factory project at Du Long Industrial Park (Bac Phong commune, Thuan Bac district).

The project has a total investment capital of more than 21 million USD (100% foreign capital).

The textile dyeing factory project is invested and built by Ninh Thuan Textile Dyeing Company Limited, a member company of Suedwolle Group, on an area of ​​3 hectares, with an initial production scale of 2,000 tons/year, then increased to 4,000 tons per year in the next development phase.

Mr. Karol Sieradzki, General Director of Ninh Thuan Textile and Dyeing Company Limited, said that the factory is equipped with the most advanced dyeing technology today, designed to ensure high-speed and precise processing while minimizing physical impact on the fibers.

Compared to traditional dyeing machines, the dyeing cycle at the dyeing plant reduces water usage by 30% and energy consumption by 20%, thanks to an improved water flow system that uses smaller pumps.

Additionally, automatic dye dosing ensures the highest level of color consistency and all dyes and chemicals used are bluesign® certified, demonstrating the company's commitment to environmental responsibility.

With the combination of the existing wool spinning mill, the Dalat spinning mill (DWS) and this new dyeing plant, customers can benefit from an optimized supply chain, gaining competitive advantages such as reduced delivery times and improved production efficiency,” said Mr. Karol Sieradzki.

Speaking at the factory opening ceremony, authorized by the leaders of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh - Deputy Director of Ninh Thuan Provincial Department of Finance praised and highly appreciated Ninh Thuan Textile and Dyeing Company Limited and secondary investors in Du Long Industrial Park for their positive contributions to the socio -economic development of Ninh Thuan province.
