According to a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, the Saigontourist Group 2025 Food and Culture Festival, taking place from March 27 to March 30, is attracting thousands of people and tourists to explore and experience typical cuisine from all regions.

The festival starts from 4pm to 10pm every day at Van Thanh Tourist Area. As soon as it opens, people from all over Ho Chi Minh City flock to explore the "grand feast". More than 600 delicious dishes are prepared by chefs from restaurants, 4-5 star hotels, and resorts in the Saigontourist Group system.

Bustling visitors come to explore and experience the festival taking place at Van Thanh Tourist Area.

As the sun sets, diners begin to choose their own spaces within the festival grounds, sit, chat and enjoy delicious food. The Saigontourist Group Food Culture and Delicious Food Festival is the only large-scale culinary cultural event in Vietnam to be honored with prestigious awards from the World Food Awards.

There are over 600 delicious dishes selected and refined from all three regions of the country, products of the localities. In particular, Southern cuisine is extremely rich, from delicious street food of Ho Chi Minh City, flavors of the river delta, specialties of coconut land Ben Tre, Tay Ninh, Long An to delicious dishes of Phu Quoc, Con Dao islands...
