
The simultaneous deployment of three new tourism products aims to promote tourism growth in the final stage of 2025, creating momentum for the city's tourism breakthrough in 2026.
After successfully implementing the Nam Thang Long Heritage Road connecting the following addresses: Noi Binh Da communal house, Quang Phu Cau incense village, Phung Xa silk weaving village, Hanoi tourism industry and businesses in the city have urgently surveyed and built the second Nam Thang Long Heritage Road, named: "Nam Thang Long Heritage Road - Quintessence of Vietnamese craft villages".
Coming to this tourist route, visitors will experience a journey to explore century-old craft villages located in the communes of Dai Thanh, Hong Van, Ngoc Hoi, and Chuyen My.
In which, Ha Thai village is famous for its lacquer craft, Cuu village has ancient villa architecture and traditional sewing, Ngau village has the traditional craft of making chrysanthemum wine, and Phuc Am village has the craft of making worshiping objects to serve folk beliefs.
Each craft village is a piece of heritage, where the intelligence, hands and souls of Hanoi craftsmen are preserved. “The quintessence of Vietnamese craft villages” not only brings about a tourist experience, but also honors the value of labor and folk art - the foundation for Hanoi to develop a cultural industry associated with experiential tourism.
If the route "Nam Thang Long Heritage Road - Quintessence of Vietnamese Craft Villages" has quite famous addresses in Hanoi, the product "Sac Hoa Tuong Phieu" (Phuc Tho commune) has many new features.
Tich Giang countryside has been growing flowers and ornamental plants for about 30 years, recently developing into one of the major flower growing areas of Hanoi. Coming to this product, tourists can immerse themselves in the colors of flowers along the gentle Tich River. Along with that, they can visit an extremely unique relic: Tuong Phieu communal house, a special national relic.
Tuong Phieu Communal House has a very large main worshiping hall. It is up to 20m wide and 13m deep. Not only is it a huge treasure trove of folk sculptures, the communal house also preserves many ancient artifacts, typical of communal house architecture during the Later Le Dynasty.
Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuc Tho Commune Kieu Trong Sy said that "Tuong Phieu Flower Color" is not only a tourism product, but also a symbol of community spirit, where people have cooperated together to create a large flower growing area, strongly promoting the economy, creating a new look for the land. This is also a place where visitors can fully experience the beauty of the peaceful Hanoi countryside.
The third tourism product of Hanoi launched recently is "The Road of Learning" (O Dien commune).
O Dien is an ancient land west of Thang Long. This is the hometown of the famous man To Hien Thanh, a talented man of both literature and martial arts at the end of the Ly Dynasty. O Dien land has Van Hien temple, worshiping the famous general To Hien Thanh and many other honored talented people.
The product “The Path of Learning” leads tourists to explore the values of education, morality and knowledge,… the elements that make up the character of the people of the land of Doai, full of wisdom and kindness. Here, tourists can visit Van Xuan communal house and Hai Giac pagoda.
Among them, Van Xuan communal house has a different architecture compared to most communal houses in the North. While communal houses are usually built in the shape of the letter "first", "second" or "cong", Van Xuan communal house was built by artisans in the structure of "inner public, outer private" with dozens of houses connected together.
Hai Giac Pagoda, built around the 6th century, has a majestic, ancient, and solemn architecture. Here, there are still more than 200 statues, including 50 round statues dating back hundreds of years...
After being officially introduced, the three tourism products mentioned above will create a fresh look for the capital's tourism, creating conditions for travel businesses to build destinations in their itineraries, especially during the end of the year and early spring tourism.
Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Tourism Tran Trung Hieu commented that Hanoi's three tourism products all have the same spirit: Preserving and promoting traditional values, inspiring creativity, connecting heritage and contemporary life. These products not only contribute to diversifying the capital's tourism products, but are also vivid evidence for the new model of community tourism development - where heritage values are spread through people's creativity.
