During the examination program, the hospital's medical team conducted general examinations, measured blood pressure, provided treatment advice and provided free essential medicines, foot baths, supplements, and vitamins to help increase resistance and improve health after being severely affected by storms No. 10 and No. 11 for 1,376 people, performed electrocardiograms for 42 people, ultrasounds for 29 people, and measured bone density for 32 people. The examination mainly examined common diseases such as : high blood pressure, skin diseases, respiratory diseases , bone and joint diseases, digestive diseases ... due to poor hygiene conditions . Some cases with symptoms and signs of illness requiring medical care were instructed to be hospitalized for treatment, contributing to ensuring long-term health.

Activities aimed at early detection and timely treatment of common diseases after storms such as: skin diseases, respiratory diseases, digestive diseases, cardiovascular diseases, musculoskeletal diseases... At the same time, health consultation aims to raise awareness of disease prevention and health care in the community, especially for the elderly, people with chronic diseases and households that suffered heavy damage due to natural disasters.
The budget for implementing the program of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee is allocated to the Provincial General Hospital of Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation to carry out medical examination and treatment for people in areas affected by natural disasters.
Traditional Medicine Hospital - Rehabilitation in coordination with the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order, Cao Bang Provincial Police, propagated and mobilized the collection of weapons, explosives, support tools, and fireworks for the people of Hoa An commune.
Within the framework of the program to respond to Vietnam Law Day 09/11, the Traditional Medicine - Rehabilitation Hospital coordinated with the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, Cao Bang Provincial Police to organize propaganda and mobilization on the collection of weapons, explosives, support tools, and fireworks for the people of Hoa An commune. Thereby, to raise people's awareness and consciousness in complying with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws on the management and use of weapons, explosives, and support tools; promote the sense of responsibility, actively participate in supporting the functional forces in denouncing and fighting against cases of illegal storage, use, purchase, sale, and transportation of weapons, explosives, and support tools, contributing to ensuring security and order in Hoa An commune in particular and in the province in general.
Previously, on November 1-2, the Provincial Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation Hospital coordinated with Thuc Phan Ward and Nung Tri Cao Ward to organize health check-ups, consultations , and free medicine distribution for 1,011 people affected by storm No. 10 and storm No. 11 in 2025. On November 4, the Provincial Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation General Hospital coordinated with the Central Traditional Medicine Hospital and Thong Nong Medical Center to organize a program to examine, provide health consultation, and dispense free medicine to nearly 1,000 people and give 500 gifts to people in areas affected by natural disasters and floods in Thong Nong, Can Yen, and Thanh Long communes.
This is a practical and meaningful activity, demonstrating the responsibility of the Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation General Hospital in particular and the health sector in general for public health, especially in areas with many difficulties after natural disasters, in order to provide timely health care as well as add confidence and determination for people to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.
