The image of medical staff in protective gear, carefully disinfecting every household, every small alley, school, market... has become extremely familiar and warm these days. They work day and night, with the sole goal of thoroughly treating the polluted environment, destroying pathogens, and preventing the outbreak and spread of disease.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Suong, working at Hoai An Medical Center, Gia Lai province, is one of the 6 female members of the Gia Lai delegation who came to Cao Bang to support this time. Share: The mud layer was thick and high, the flooded location was wide, so sometimes we encountered some difficulties in moving to the spraying point. When we arrived here, the first thing we felt was the hardship of the people. The scene of houses flooded with mud was really heartbreaking. That urged each member of the group to double, triple their efforts. Everyone told themselves to work faster, visit more houses, and share the burden with their local colleagues. What impressed us most was the will of our local colleagues. They were the ones who worked tirelessly from the very first moments. Their solidarity and enthusiasm gave us a huge source of energy.

Ms. Truong Thi Yen Chi, Provincial Center for Disease Control said: The coordination between the two units is really smooth and effective. From the beginning, we quickly met, divided the area and agreed on the technical process. The brothers in the Gia Lai delegation have extensive experience in epidemic prevention after natural disasters, our team at the Cao Bang Center for Disease Control is familiar with the terrain and clearly understands the hot spots that need to be prioritized for treatment. That is the perfect combination. has helped speed up the work a lot. All have the same goal of cleaning the environment and protecting people's health as quickly as possible.

The environmental disinfection and water treatment activities of the health sector have brought peace of mind to the people of Cao Bang. The worry about epidemics after natural disasters is gradually being dispelled. Mr. Luu Danh Tuan, owner of Bui Pho rice shop, Thuc Phan ward, Cao Bang province, emotionally shared: Our shop in this Cam Garden area is directly flooded, after the water receded, a large amount of mud was left. My family also quickly cleaned up, cleaned up and had medical teams come to spray disinfectant around the neighborhood, so we can continue to do business after the flood without having to worry about the epidemic anymore. Especially, my shop also sells food, so I pay great attention to this issue. Thank you to the medical teams inside and outside the province for coming to help the people of Cao Bang.

The action of Gia Lai Department of Health is not only a material and technical support but also a vivid proof of the tradition of solidarity and sharing of the Vietnamese people. The assistance of Gia Lai Health sector in the border land will contribute to easing the pain, helping Cao Bang quickly overcome difficulties, and further strengthen the bond between the two provinces of Gia Lai - Cao Bang.
