Conference to study, learn, grasp, propagate and deploy the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress; newly issued directives, resolutions, conclusions and regulations of the Central and the province.

On the morning of October 16, the Provincial Party Committee held an online conference to study, learn, disseminate, propagate and implement the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; newly issued directives, resolutions, conclusions and regulations of the Central and the province (phase III/2025). Comrade Be Thanh Tinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the conference.

Attending at the Provincial Party Committee bridge were comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; members of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, term XX; Central reporters of provincial units, provincial reporters; leaders of a number of departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations of the province; standing committees of the Party Committees and in charge of propaganda of the Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee. The conference was connected to 134 bridges with more than 5,500 delegates.

Attending the Conference at the Cao Bang Department of Health bridge point were comrades of the Party Executive Committee of the Department of Health, representatives of the Party Executive Committee of the Department, Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries of the Party Cells under the Party Cell of the Department of Health, Party Cells of the Department and all Party members, officials and employees of Party Cell 1 - Department of Health Agency, Party Cell 02 - Department of Health Agency, Party Cell of the Department of Population - Food Safety and Hygiene, Party Cell of the Center for Forensic Medicine and Testing. Comrade Nong Van Thanh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Department of Health chaired the Conference at the Department of Health bridge point. At the Center for Disease Control bridge point, there were comrades of the Party Executive Committee of the Department and all Party members of the Party Cells under the Party Cell of the Center for Disease Control Department.

At the Conference, Comrade Be Thanh Tinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, quickly announced the results of the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee; the Political Report of the 19th Provincial Party Committee at the 20th Provincial Party Congress on improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the entire Party Committee and the entire political system; promoting the strength of great national unity, joining hands, unanimity, innovation and creativity; effectively exploiting potential advantages, creating breakthroughs, building Cao Bang province to develop rapidly and sustainably, improving people's lives; Resolution of the 20th Cao Bang Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The conference deployed and analyzed the most basic, core contents and new points of Directive No. 50-CT/TW, dated July 23, 2025 of the Secretariat on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new period; Plan No. 525-KH/TU, dated September 5, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing Directive No. 50-CT/TW of the Secretariat; Plan No. 506-KH/TU, dated July 31, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Politburo on international integration in the new situation; Plan No. 501-KH/TU, dated July 22, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development; Action Program No. 34-CTr/TU, dated July 9, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee to implement Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW dated April 30, 2025 of the Politburo on innovation in law-making and enforcement to meet the requirements of national development in the new era; Directive No. 40-CT/TU, dated August 19, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on leading the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels in Cao Bang province, term 2025 - 2030.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Be Thanh Tinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, emphasized that the contents studied, learned and thoroughly grasped at this conference are of special importance, serving as the ideological foundation and strategic orientation for the 5-year term 2025 - 2030 and the next period. He requested that delegates uphold their sense of responsibility, concentrate their intelligence, study and fully absorb the basic contents presented by the reporters. Party committees and organizations at all levels promptly concretize and develop implementation plans suitable to the actual situation of localities and units; direct the organization and effective implementation, contributing to bringing the Party's resolutions into life.
