“Previous events held at April 2 Square (Nha Trang), the Organizing Committee issued a lot of invitations and always arranged the seats of delegates right next to the stage. This time, we want the 2025 Sea Culture and Tourism Festival to be a true festival. Accordingly, the Organizing Committee decided to issue very few invitations, move the seats of delegates back to the lobby of the Provincial Convention Center (46 Tran Phu); reserve most of April 2 Square and Tran Phu Street for people and tourists to comfortably watch the festival (no invitations required). The audience is the one closest to the stage to enjoy the performances of domestic and international artists, and interact with their favorite artists,” said Mr. Nguyen Van Nhuan.

The 2025 Sea Culture and Tourism Festival with the theme "Nha Trang say Hi" will officially open on the night of June 7 at April 2 Square, Nha Trang City. The three main events of the festival include: The "Nha Trang say Hi" Grand Music Festival (evening of June 7) with the participation of artists Duc Phuc, Issac, Anh Tu...; the International Cultural Exchange program (evening of June 8) with the participation of the Ulsan City Art Troupe (Korea), the Lorient City Art Troupe (France), the Hai Dang Song and Dance Troupe, Ninh Thuan Cultural and Arts Center, and beauties participating in the Miss Sea and Island Vietnam 2025 contest...; the Carnival program and street art performance (from 5:00 p.m. on June 9) with 15 flower cars promoting the beauty of Khanh Hoa culture and tourism with 1,200 actors, models, students, pupils...
