According to information from the Provincial Hydrometeorological Station, the average rainfall is 30-70mm, some places have very heavy rain over 150mm such as: Cao Bo: 205mm; Yen Lam: 186mm; Phu Luu: 183mm.
At 7am this morning (September 12), some traffic routes were flooded, causing danger to traffic participants; many areas of rice, crops, and fruit trees were flooded.

According to the forecast of the Provincial Hydrometeorological Station, the water level of Lo River in the area of Bac Me, Bac Quang, Ham Yen, Yen Phu communes is likely to rise by 1-2 m. To ensure the safety of people's lives and property, the Provincial Civil Defense Command requested localities to mobilize forces to be on duty 24/7 at spillway areas, flooded areas, and areas at risk of landslides; strictly prohibit people and vehicles from passing through spillway areas; implement the 4-on-the-spot motto to overcome consequences and minimize damage caused by natural disasters.
