Visual propaganda and agitation work to serve the 16th Congress of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, was deployed synchronously by agencies, units, offices, schools, and localities throughout the province, with focus and key points, creating a vibrant atmosphere, spreading the Congress spirit to cadres, party members, and people. From the morning of September 23 to October 5, on the 2nd floor of the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presided over and coordinated the exhibition and introduction of books, newspapers, documents; Exhibition of documentary photos and propaganda posters to welcome the 16th Congress of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

The highlight of the Exhibition to welcome the Congress is the application of VR and AI technology to recreate historical moments in a realistic and emotional way. Quang Ninh is the first locality in the country to bring this technology into the exhibition space, bringing the public a new and impressive experience.

In addition, at 3:00 p.m. on September 24 at the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism presided over and coordinated the organization of a parade to promote the celebration of the 16th Congress of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, the event took place in 2 days (September 24 - 25).

With a vivid visual form, the parade will create an exciting atmosphere, arousing the pride, solidarity and determination of cadres, party members and people; thereby contributing to promoting the image of Quang Ninh as a dynamic, civilized and rich in identity; affirming its role as a tourism, economic and cultural center of the Northeast region, ready to enter a new era; an era of national growth.

Notably, from September 25 to October 5, 2025, at the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace, the Exhibition of achievements in socio-economic development of Quang Ninh province in the past 5 years (2020 - 2025) will take place, with the theme: "Quang Ninh is confident, steadfast, and moving forward in the new era with the nation". The exhibition is an opportunity to affirm the province's outstanding achievements in the fields of Party building, political system; economic development, culture - society, national defense - security, foreign affairs in the past 5 years; at the same time, introducing the vision and strategic goals of the province in the new period (2025 - 2030).

In addition to the Exhibition introducing the general socio-economic development achievements of the province; the Exhibition space introducing typical OCOP products of Quang Ninh, the space introducing typical tourism products of the province; combined with 8 booths displaying strategic and typical products of enterprises and economic groups in the province, promising to bring many choices, rich and diverse experiences for people and tourists when visiting the Exhibition.

In addition, during the exhibition days, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group; Ha Long University; Hong Gai Ward People's Committee, Ha Long Ward People's Committee also coordinated to organize special art performances at the stage of the Provincial Exhibition and Fair Planning Palace to serve the people and visitors.

The highlight of the events is the special art program, fireworks display to celebrate the success of the Congress with the theme: "Quang Ninh - Moving forward strongly under the glorious Party flag" held at 7:30 p.m. on September 27 at October 30 Square, Ha Long Ward. The program has the participation of famous artists and actors from the Central and the province, especially the participation of 300 drums of the People's Police Academy.

Currently, the visual propaganda work has been completed on schedule; the preparation work for organizing programs and activities has been closely coordinated by departments, branches and localities, ensuring that they take place thoughtfully and safely; creating a joyful, exciting and enthusiastic atmosphere among cadres, party members, people and tourists.
