Khanh Hoa plans to complete 2,181 social houses in 2025

In 2025, the province started two new projects with a scale of 3,709 apartments, and approved the investment policy of seven other projects with a scale of more than 6,300 apartments.

According to the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, up to now, the whole province of Khanh Hoa has completed 608 social housing units. It is expected that by the end of 2025, the province will complete about 2,181 units, reaching more than 76% of the assigned target.

In 2025, the province started two new projects with a scale of 3,709 apartments, and approved the investment policy of seven other projects with a scale of more than 6,300 apartments.

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has also agreed on the location for implementing two social housing projects for police officers and soldiers and armed forces, with a total of about 3,570 apartments.

The Department of Construction said that in the last two months of 2025, this agency will continue to inspect and urge the progress of projects, coordinate with departments, branches and localities to resolve difficulties and problems for investors, speed up site clearance, arrange suitable land funds, and at the same time publicize project information and select investors according to the provisions of Resolution No. 201/2025/QH15 and Decree No. 192/2025/ND-CP.

Along with that, the Department of Construction is implementing a plan to apply information technology and digital transformation in project management and monitoring, aiming to build a database on social housing in the province.

Recently, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee decided to assign the joint venture of Technical Materials Construction Joint Stock Company and MK Construction Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor of the CT-02 Social Housing Project in An Binh Tan Urban Area, Nam Trang Ward.

The project is built on an area of ​​over 2 hectares, including 4 towers of 15 floors with 936 social housing apartments and a commercial - service area of ​​over 12,700 m2. The total construction area is about 101,000 m2, construction density is 45%, expected population is over 2,500 people.
