Khanh Hoa invites people to receive about 4,500 outstanding red books

On September 22, information from the Khanh Hoa Province Land Registration Office said that it had publicly announced the list of people in 6 localities in the province who have not yet been granted land use right certificates.

Accordingly, the Director of Khanh Hoa Land Registration Office has directed the review of land use right certificates, house ownership rights and assets attached to land implemented under the VLAP Project and the Project of granting land use right certificates in bulk (capital for land administration) that have not been granted to land users.

Up to now, 6 branches of the Land Registration Office in Cam Lam, Van Ninh, Dien Khanh, Khanh Son districts; Cam Ranh city and Ninh Hoa town have reviewed about 4,500 certificates that have not been delivered to people. There are many reasons given such as inviting many times but people did not come to receive, not fulfilling financial obligations, mortgaged to banks...

People contact the Land Registration Office branches in 6 localities that have completed the review to receive land use right certificates.

After the review results, Khanh Hoa Land Registration Office publicly posted the list and invited people to contact the Land Registration Office branches to receive the certificates.

Land users with information in the contact list should contact the Branches of the Land Registration Offices of Cam Lam, Van Ninh, Dien Khanh, Khanh Son districts; Ninh Hoa town and Cam Ranh city to receive the Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land.

In addition, there are two branches of the Land Registration Office in Nha Trang City and Khanh Vinh District that have not yet completed the review of the above-mentioned red books. Therefore, the list of outstanding red books in Khanh Hoa will increase when the review results from these two localities are available.
