Na Muoi Bridge is one of two rural traffic bridge projects invested in and built on a pilot basis in 2024 and 2025 in the old Van Lang district according to Resolution No. 28 dated December 8, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council on approving the project to build, manage, exploit and maintain bridges on rural traffic routes in Lang Son province for the period 2024 - 2030.
The project has a total investment of more than 1.1 billion VND, implemented under the mechanism of the state supporting 60% of the cost, mobilizing social resources and people contributing 40% of the cost. The project is designed with 2 spans of 14 m long, reinforced concrete foundation, 5 m wide bridge deck, 50 m long approach roads on both sides of the bridge, construction start date is May 2025 and completion date is October 2025.
It is known that by the end of October 2025, 2 rural traffic bridge projects piloted in 2024 and 2025 in Van Lang and Hoi Hoan communes (belonging to the old Van Lang district) have both completed investment and put into effective use. The old Van Lang district is also the first locality in the province to complete the target of piloting rural traffic bridge construction according to Resolution 28 of the Provincial People's Council in 2024 and 2025.
