Delegates attending the ceremony presented flowers to congratulate the authors.

The canopy is recreated with thousands of steel leaves and brilliant quartz flowers, meticulously shaped to resemble nature. The entire work uses more than 6 tons of metal, completed after more than 6,000 hours of work - a testament to both the sophistication of technique and creative emotion.

Accompanying “Resurrection” is the work “Echo” by artist Tran Manh Hung - an artistic dialogue from the remaining trunk and branches of the Sa Pa tree itself. The wood segments with an estimated age of 70 years are cast in a transparent acrylic block, placed on a stainless steel base. The wooden chairs are arranged in concentric circles facing the center of “Resurrection”, like the deep sounds of time echoing from memory.

At the inauguration ceremony, the public not only enjoyed the works but also immersed themselves in a contemporary art space with dance performances and visual performances, conveying a strong message about environmental protection and the regeneration of nature.

Delegates shared with the public the trend of art connected with the environment at the seminar.

The highlight of the program is a panel discussion with the participation of environmental activists, architectural experts, designers and contemporary artists. Here, artist Tia-Thuy Nguyen shares about the journey of forming ideas and the challenges in the process of creating works. The panel also opens up a multi-dimensional perspective on the trend of public art connected to the environment - a flow that is increasingly present in the global art scene.

The “Revival” project was supported and approved by the Hanoi People’s Committee and the Hoan Kiem District People’s Committee as an effort to restore public spaces after natural disasters, while contributing to improving the urban landscape, developing cultural industries and raising public awareness of environmental protection.

International tourists visit the work "Echo".

“Resurrection” and “Echo” are not just two public works of art. They are messages about the inseparable connection between humans, nature, and time. Art here not only decorates urban spaces, but also evokes collective memories, provoking deep reflections on life, death, and what can be revived from destruction.
