Inauguration of the cultural and sports facilities of Kim Xuyen Model Cultural Village

On the morning of October 22, the Steering Committee for the construction of the Model Cultural Village (LVHKM) of Tien Chau Ward (Phuc Yen City) held the inauguration ceremony of the Kim Xuyen Model Cultural Village. This is the second of three cultural and sports facilities in the city's Model Cultural Villages to be inaugurated. Attending the ceremony were representatives of leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors of the province.

Director of the Department of Health , member of the Provincial Steering Committee for the construction of the Provincial Hospital Le Hong Trung donated books to the hospital library of Kim Xuyen residential group, Tien Chau ward.

The cultural and sports facility area of Kim Xuyen High School has a total area of 6,553 ^m2 with synchronous equipment, furniture, sound and lighting; fully installed outdoor sports equipment system; flower gardens, trees, sports areas with badminton, volleyball and football fields are renovated to meet the cultural, artistic and sports needs of the people and to organize major local events.

Tien Chau Ward is a locality with a tradition of revolutionary heroes, and was awarded the title of Hero of the Armed Forces by the State in 2005. Kim Xuyen Residential Group is the location marking the event of shooting down the 4,000th F111 aircraft of the US empire in the sky of the North.

Phuc Yen city leaders awarded 100 million VND to Tien Chau ward - the unit that finished the construction of the LVHKM project.

Kim Xuyen TDP has a relatively complete cultural institution with Dam Xuyen communal house ranked as a national historical site along with Duc Thanh Ba temple, Quan Tham pagoda, Kim Trang church - places of cultural and religious activities of local people.

Immediately after being selected by the province and city as the site for the construction of the LVHKM, the cadres and people in the residential area with the highest political determination united in heart, consensus, and joined hands to beautify the campus, plant trees, paint murals, install street name and house number signs, and build model roads to ensure "bright, green, clean, and beautiful". Up to now, Kim Xuyen residential area has achieved 8/14 criteria, of which 47/58 component criteria (equal to 81%) have been achieved for the construction of the LVHKM.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director of the Department of Health, member of the Steering Committee for the construction of the Provincial Hospital Le Hong Trung expressed his excitement at being able to accompany the construction of the Hospital with a dynamic and responsible government and the people of Kim Xuyen residential area who are united, friendly, join hands and overcome difficulties.

This is a community activity complex, where cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities are organized, contributing to building cultural life and preserving and promoting national cultural identity. At the same time, it contributes to promoting local socio -economic development , improving the quality of life and strengthening national solidarity.

Delegates put up signs to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the re-establishment of the town (now Phuc Yen city).

He hoped that with these initial good results, the local government and people would pay attention to care, preserve and maintain the works in the institutional area so that they could operate well. Kim Xuyen Residential Area would soon complete the remaining criteria to become one of the livable cultural villages of Phuc Yen city in particular and Vinh Phuc province in general.

Delegates visited the exhibition space, introducing LVHKM Kim Xuyen agricultural products.

At the ceremony, Director of the Department of Health, member of the Provincial Steering Committee for the construction of the LVHKM, Le Hong Trung, presented books to the LVHKM Kim Xuyen library; representatives of the Provincial Education Promotion Fund presented 10 million VND to the Kim Xuyen Residential Area Education Promotion Fund; leaders of Phuc Yen city awarded 100 million VND to Tien Chau ward - the unit that finished building the LVHKM, awarded 10 million VND to the Education Promotion Fund of Kim Xuyen Residential Area; leaders of Tien Chau ward People's Committee awarded households with achievements in the process of building the LVHKM.

Right after the ribbon cutting ceremony and the installation of a signboard to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the re-establishment of the town (now Phuc Yen city), delegates visited the exhibition space and introduced agricultural products of LVHKM Kim Xuyen.
