Rewarding 9 outstanding groups and 4 individuals at the Northwest Industry and Trade Fair

Representatives of the Fair Organizing Committee awarded Certificates of Merit from the People's Committee of Dien Bien province to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing and participating in the Northwest - Dien Bien Industry and Trade Fair in 2024.

After a week (from April 19 to 25), the 2024 Northwest - Dien Bien Industry and Trade Fair was a great success. The fair was organized thoughtfully and professionally with the guidance and support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade , the Trade Promotion Agency, the proactive and active participation of provinces and cities at home and abroad and promotion units, organizations, businesses and traders. Goods at the fair are rich and diverse, of good quality, reasonable prices, suitable for the consumption needs and tastes of Dien Bien people. Businesses participating in the fair highly appreciated the purchasing power of the Dien Bien market and had the need to display goods at the display point to introduce and sell Ocop products, typical rural industrial products, agricultural products, and regional specialties of Dien Bien province.

At the fair, organizations, businesses, and traders organized trade promotion activities well; marketing, introducing products, selling goods... Some units and businesses initially exchanged, learned information, worked directly, and signed contracts to buy and sell goods and products such as: Dien Bien Agricultural Products Production and Processing Cooperative worked with a delegation of Dong Nai province businesses on introducing and distributing products in the Dong Nai market. Enterprises of Da Nang city had a working session with Tam Thien Cooperative to learn and sign contracts to distribute Dien Bien rice products... In 7 days, the fair attracted about 80,000 visitors to visit, trade and buy goods; the revenue of organizations and businesses is estimated at about 40 billion VND.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Dien Bien province awarded Certificates of Merit to 9 collectives and 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing and participating in the Northwest - Dien Bien Industry and Trade Fair in 2024. The Fair Organizing Committee submitted to the Ministry of Industry and Trade to award Certificates of Merit to 15 collectives with outstanding achievements in organizing and participating in the Fair, making an important contribution to the success of the Northwest - Dien Bien Industry and Trade Fair in 2024.
