Groundbreaking ceremony of 120 million USD project at Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park

On May 28, at Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park (Green iP-1), Yuan Long Vietnam Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for the project to build a ceiling fan factory with a total investment of 120 million USD.

This is the fifth project in this industrial park with a capital scale of over 100 million USD, continuing to affirm the attractiveness and strong development potential of Thai Binh in attracting high-tech FDI capital flows.

Delegates attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the Yuan Long Vietnam factory construction project.

The Yuan Long ceiling fan factory project is deployed on an area of ​​15.6 hectares, divided into two phases. Phase 1 is expected to be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2025; Phase 2 will end at the end of 2028. When put into operation, the factory will focus on producing ceiling fans and components for export to European and American markets.

It is expected that each year the enterprise will generate revenue of about 3,200 billion VND, contribute 269 billion VND to the state budget and create stable jobs for 4,500 local workers. This is not only a large-scale investment project, but also an important resource contributing to promoting industrial growth, shifting labor structure and socio -economic development in Thai Binh.

Mr. Bui The Long, General Director of Green i-Park Joint Stock Company, investor of Green iP-1 Industrial Park, spoke at the ceremony.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Chen Hung Wei, General Director of Yuan Long Vietnam Co., Ltd. expressed his appreciation for the support from Thai Binh provincial government and accompanying units throughout the project preparation process.

“Implementing a manufacturing plant overseas is a challenging journey, especially since this is the first time Yuan Long has invested in Vietnam. The support from the local government, the Economic Zone Management Board and especially the effective coordination from Green i-Park Company has helped the project to start on schedule. This is a solid foundation for businesses to confidently develop long-term in Thai Binh,” said Mr. Chen.

Mr. Vu Kim Cu, Head of the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Thai Binh province spoke at the ceremony.

The General Director of Yuan Long Vietnam Co., Ltd. also affirmed that the development orientation of the factory is to combine smart production and environmental protection, while also wishing to create many job opportunities and sustainable values ​​for the community.

Representative of the Green iP-1 Industrial Park infrastructure development unit, Mr. Bui The Long, General Director of Green i-Park Joint Stock Company affirmed: Green i-Park always considers investors from Taiwan as strategic partners not only because of advanced technology, but also because of the culture of close cooperation. Yuan Long's choice to invest in Lien Ha Thai shows strong belief in the potential of the industrial park and the investment environment of Thai Binh. Green i-Park commits to comprehensively accompany throughout the construction, operation and expansion of the project.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Mr. Vu Kim Cu, Head of the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Thai Binh province, emphasized the importance of the project in the province's investment attraction strategy. The groundbreaking of the project today is the result of the efforts and cooperation between authorities at all levels and investors over the past time. This is a clear demonstration of Thai Binh's potential in attracting large-scale, high-tech projects, while creating new momentum and motivation for the province's industrialization and modernization process.

In order for the project to be put into effective operation soon, the representative of the Economic Zone Management Board requested the investor to promptly implement construction items on schedule, ensure quality and fully comply with legal regulations on investment, construction and environment. At the same time, the contractor must ensure labor safety, environmental sanitation and not affect the lives of people in the neighboring area.

Thai Thuy district authorities and relevant agencies are required to continue to closely coordinate and provide maximum support to promptly resolve difficulties and problems arising during the implementation process.
