Commencement of project to celebrate 80th National Day September 2 with investment capital of over 1,500 billion VND

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council Nguyen Duc Dung; Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Ngo Xuan Thang; Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Huynh Thi Thuy Dung; Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Tran Xuan Vinh; Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi and leaders of the city's departments and branches.

The Regal Complex project has a total investment of over 1,500 billion VND, deployed right next to the Co Co River, facing the sea, on the land with the frontage of Dao Duy Tung - Vo Van Can - Tran Quoc Vuong (Ngu Hanh Son ward) with an area of nearly ^9,000m2 , construction floor area of over ^100,000m2 . The project consists of two 20-storey towers, providing 683 luxury apartments and penthouses.

In addition, there is also a commercial center at the base of the project with a scale of more than 8,000m², each floor and more than 1,200m² gathering the world's leading Flagship Stores, appearing for the first time in Da Nang. Along with that is a diverse internal utility system from gym, yoga, lounge, Regal Private Club to children's play area, bar, private cinema, infinity pool...

Notably, the project is located in an area where Da Nang is planning and promoting the implementation of modern public transport infrastructure including: LRT (Light Rail Transit) and MRT (Metro Rail Transit) urban railway systems with 8 routes connecting the city and surrounding areas. Among them, there is a priority route from the airport via Tran Thi Ly bridge to My Khe beach, as well as the LRT route connecting Da Nang and Hoi An.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi said that the Regal Complex project brings to Da Nang city for the first time a new luxury complex model according to international standards, combining high-class apartment space, modern commercial center and balanced living ecosystem.

The project cleverly integrates the indigenous quintessence of Da Nang - Hoi An into every architectural detail, promising to become a highlight project, contributing to beautifying the urban appearance, improving the quality of life of the people and increasing the attractiveness of Da Nang to tourists and investors.
