The Van Tung town inner-city road construction project was approved by the Bac Kan Provincial People's Council in July 2021 with a total investment of 110 billion VND, the route length is nearly 1.4km, the roadbed width is 27m, the beginning of the route intersects with National Highway 3, the end of the route intersects with Ho Chi Minh road, the scale of a grade III urban road, the C12.5 asphalt concrete road surface is 7cm thick. The project is invested by the People's Committee of Ngan Son district.

Through the process of conducting open bidding in the country, Ngan Son district has selected qualified contractors including: Tan Thinh - Thanh Hung Joint Venture, Huy Hoang - Cao Hoa - Construction No. 1 Joint Venture. The contract implementation period is 400 days.
