Tam Thanh Primary and Secondary Boarding School project is built on an area of about 1.13 hectares, with a total investment of 147 billion VND, including the following items: renovation and construction of new administrative buildings, subject classrooms, multi-purpose hall, library, sports ground, boarding and semi-boarding areas and other auxiliary items.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tien, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, stated: The policy of building schools in border communes according to the conclusion of the Politburo in Notice No. 81-TB/TW dated July 18, 2025 is a major decision, with profound political, social and humanistic significance, demonstrating the special attention of the Party and State to the people, especially students in the "fence" areas of the Fatherland.
