Among the 18 employees, there are 2 children who are only 13 and 14 years old. The rest are mainly girls between the ages of 16 and 20 from many different provinces and cities across the country, mainly in the Northwestern provinces.

The employees here have to work from 8am to 12pm and from 3pm to 3am. All activities and work are limited to Thao's house. The employees have all their phones confiscated and are only allowed to call home occasionally under the supervision of Kien and Ngoc. Kien and Ngoc directly slept in the same room with the staff to manage and supervise. When sleeping, Kien and Ngoc locked the door twice to prevent the staff from escaping. Therefore, there was almost no chance of escaping and reporting to the outside.

These employees were identified as being illegally detained for a long time, with no chance of returning home. These girls were also beaten by the subjects of this business. The employees were not allowed to use their real names but used new names given by the subjects.
