Two suspects prosecuted for murder

The Investigation Police Agency - Provincial Police has just issued a decision to prosecute and order the temporary detention of 4 months for 2 subjects: Nguyen Tan Linh (born in 1994) and Nguyen Van Dung (born in 1992, both residing in Khue Khoc Dien commune, Krong Bong district) to investigate and handle the act of murder.

Previously, the Investigation Police Agency - Provincial Police initiated the case in 2022.

According to the initial investigation results, due to previous conflicts, at around 10:00 p.m. on August 25, 2022, PL H's group (born in 2003, residing in Krong Kmar town, Krong Bong district) made an appointment with Nguyen Tan Linh's group to come to village 1, Khue Ngoc Dien commune to resolve the matter.

When they arrived at the meeting place, the two groups used knives and sticks to fight each other. While Nguyen Van Dung was struggling with H. in the ditch, Linh ran over. Seeing that, Dung shouted: "Hit him, Linh". As soon as Dung finished speaking, Linh picked up a wooden stick and hit H. twice in the head and body, causing the victim to collapse on the spot.

After committing the crime, the suspects threw away the weapon and left the scene. Fortunately, H. was taken to the hospital in time by people nearby so his life was not affected, but his disability rate was 34%.
