According to the leaders of Chau Pha commune, the locality was merged from Toc Tien and Chau Pha communes before. This is an area with many mineral exploitation and concentrated waste treatment facilities, so there are waste and scrap collection sites that pose a risk of causing environmental pollution. The survey aims to proactively grasp the situation, promptly detect places at risk of becoming "black spots" to come up with early and remote treatment plans.

Chairman of Chau Pha Commune People's Committee Phan Minh Hop added that after the survey, the local government will work with business owners on the process of handling and gathering waste and scrap; develop a plan to strictly manage production, mining, mineral transportation, and waste treatment activities in accordance with the orientation of socio -economic development associated with environmental protection. Violations will be strictly handled according to regulations.

Mr. Phan Minh Hop affirmed that the consistent goal of Chau Pha commune government is to prevent the emergence of environmental black spots, contributing to improving the quality of life for local people.
