The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 209/KH-UBND on organizing the Hanoi Cuisine Introduction Space in 2023.

Accordingly, from September 29 to October 1, 2023 at Hanoi Children's Palace, Hanoi Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion will organize Hanoi Cuisine Introduction Space 2023.

The space is divided into exhibition spaces, traditional culinary performances, recreating traditional dishes of Hanoi such as: Bun thang, Cha ca La Vong, Bun oc ngon, Xoi Phu Thuong, O mai, Banh mi... The highlight here is the space of Pho Ha Noi, a typical feature of Hanoi cuisine and some other famous pho brands. Mr. Nguyen Anh Duong - Director of the Hanoi Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion said: This is an event organized on the occasion of the 69th anniversary of the Liberation Day of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2023). The Hanoi Cuisine Introduction Space in 2023 will help promote culinary values as a unique tourism product of the Capital. At the same time, it will create opportunities for units, artisans, and culinary craft villages of Hanoi and Vietnam to introduce culinary products, traditional and modern craft villages to a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.
