Linh Ha residential area strives to have 100% of households using clean water.

In 2025, the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" of Linh Ha residential area maintained and increasingly deepened; the movement to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas achieved high efficiency. The work of caring for the education cause was paid regular attention, the rate of school-age children reached 100%, the average income of the people reached over 90 million VND/year, the rate of poor households was below 1%. The implementation of civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals was well maintained. The Village Front Work Committee and the Linh Ha residential area's associations actively promoted their roles and responsibilities in participating in Party and government building, making an important contribution to consolidating the political system at the grassroots level, promoting democracy, strengthening the great national unity bloc, and building an increasingly strong residential area.
