According to Kona specifications, this powertrain combines a 1.6L 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine with a front-axle electric motor, a 1.32 kWh lithium-ion battery and a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The total system output is 139 horsepower and 265 Nm of torque. The average fuel consumption is announced at about 3.9 liters / 100km.

Kia has recently started testing the second generation of Seltos and revealed some notable new features. The exterior design of the new Kia Seltos has a more square, sporty style with bold lines on the front, body and rear of the car. The lighting system has been completely renewed.
