The Department of Education and Training of Ba Dinh District said that on the morning of June 4, the Steering Committee for the exam established 6 working groups to inspect facilities and listen to reports from exam sites on preparations and plans to ensure security and safety for the 10th grade entrance exam.
This year, Ba Dinh District has 6 exam locations including: Phan Dinh Phung High School, Pham Hong Thai High School, Nguyen Trai High School, Phan Chu Trinh Secondary School, Thanh Cong Secondary School, and Ba Dinh Secondary School.
Thanh Cong Secondary School and Ba Dinh Secondary School exam sites were chosen as specialized exam sites of Chu Van An High School.

The test site has 18 test rooms, 1 spare room and 1 waiting room. The test rooms have been cleaned and sanitized, tables and chairs are placed at the right distance. The test site has also arranged a place to store candidates' belongings and personal belongings on test days away from the test rooms according to regulations.
In case of a possible power outage, the school has prepared two backup generators and installed a camera system to protect the exam papers and exam papers.

In order to facilitate parents to wait to pick up their children, the school has set up a waiting area at Hoa Sua Kindergarten, located opposite the exam site. During the two exam days, parents can go to Hoa Sua School to wait to pick up their children, instead of standing outside in the hot sun.
Yesterday, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training requested 201 examination sites to continue to inspect and review all facilities, electricity, lighting, and fans, as well as coordinate with other forces to ensure the examination takes place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations. Youth volunteers have activities to guide and support candidates at the examination sites.
Exam sites near residential areas are required to close their doors and cover the windows to ensure that no cameras or photographers can enter the exam room. Schools undergoing construction and renovation are also required to stop all activities so that candidates can take the exam.
