Speaking with Tuoi Tre Online at noon on May 21, a representative of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety confirmed that the functional department under this agency has conducted inspections of companies related to the weight loss products advertised by DJ Ngan 98, which have caused a stir recently because they are suspected of containing banned substances.

Specifically, the packaging of the above weight loss products states that the organization responsible for the product and the company that registered the product declaration is ZUBU Trading and Service Company Limited, address 154 Pham Van Chieu, Ward 9, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City.

However, when the local inspection team went to this address in Go Vap district to check, they could not find it. There was no information related to ZUBU. Currently, the authorities are continuing to search the surrounding areas to see where the above company is.

Among them, 3 weight loss products stand out: X3 weight loss pills (Super Detox X3), X7 weight loss pills (X7 plus) and X1000 weight loss pills. Each of these products is advertised for prices ranging from a few hundred to nearly 1 million VND.

Who is the legal representative of ZUBA company?

According to research, since 2020, Ngan 98 started selling the weight loss product SUPER DETOX X3, followed by the weight loss product X1000. Both of these products have been announced to be out of stock. Currently, the product she has launched on the market is the weight loss product X7 Plus.

According to current regulations on product labeling, mandatory content to be printed on the label includes the name of the product, the name and address of the organization or individual responsible for the product and the origin of the product.

For domestically produced goods, the name of the organization, individual and the address of the manufacturing facility are listed. Meanwhile, the labels of ZuBu Company's weight loss products only state the general location of production. This also makes many people doubt the quality and origin of the product.

According to Tuoi Tre Online 's research, ZuBu Company was established on May 5, 2021 with Ms. T. as the legal representative. This company registered more than 20 business lines.
