Strict inspection and post-inspection to ensure food safety

Faced with the complicated developments of fake food and poor quality goods nationwide, the inspection and post-inspection of compliance with legal regulations at food production and trading establishments has been identified by the provincial Health Department as one of the key solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of food safety, promptly detect, prevent and handle violations of food safety; raise awareness and responsibility of food production and trading establishments, protect people's health and ensure consumer rights.
