Check and clarify the circulation of weight loss products advertised by DJ Ngan 98

According to the Food Safety Department, the unit has just received a report from the Ho Chi Minh City Food Safety Department regarding the production, trading and advertising of some weight loss food products such as: X1000, weight loss pills X3 (Super Detox X3) and X7 Plus.

Through initial verification, the distribution companies such as Zubu Trading and Service Company Limited and Ngan 98 Trading and Service Company Limited have temporarily ceased operations, are no longer physically present at the registered address and cannot be contacted. Therefore, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Food Safety has not been able to verify whether the above products are still circulating on the market or not.

Faced with this situation, the Food Safety Department has requested the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development, market management departments, health departments and relevant local units to urgently coordinate to inspect, collect samples and handle violations (if any) according to the law.

The Food Safety Department also recommends that people should not buy or use food products named X1000, weight loss pills X3 (Super Detox X3), X7 Plus... which are said to be produced at Nano Tesla High-Tech Pharmaceutical Production Company Limited (Dan Phuong Industrial Park, Dan Phuong District, Hanoi City), while waiting for verification and inspection results from the authorities.

DJ Ngan 98 (real name Vo Thi Ngoc Ngan) is active on social networks, regularly posting videos advertising weight loss products with commitments beyond verification such as "challenging all body types".
