The 8th session of the 10th Dak Lak Provincial People's Council passed 21 important resolutions.

On the afternoon of July 11, after 2 days of urgent, serious and responsible work, the People's Council of Dak Lak province, term X, completed the working program of the 8th Session with many important contents and closed the Session.

Head of the Provincial People's Council Legal Committee Pham Thi Phuong Hoa presented the draft Resolution at the Session.

The meeting reviewed, discussed and unanimously voted to pass 8 legal resolutions, 13 individual resolutions and many other important resolutions, including many important and urgent contents serving the operation, management and socio -economic development of the province such as: Resolution stipulating tuition fees from the 2024-2025 school year for public preschool and general education institutions in Dak Lak province; Resolution stipulating prices for medical examination and treatment services not covered by the Health Insurance Fund in state-owned medical examination and treatment facilities in Dak Lak province; Resolution promulgating the List of public career services using the state budget in the fields of culture, family, physical education, sports and tourism in Dak Lak province; Resolution stipulating the expenditure level to ensure the dissemination and education of law, standards of legal access and mediation at the grassroots level in Dak Lak province; Resolution stipulating the expenditure level for international agreement work in Dak Lak province; Resolution approving the Project on Organizing and Arranging the Fund to Support the Development of Cooperatives in Dak Lak province; Resolution on detailed allocation of development investment capital plan from the capital allocated after the central budget to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in 2024...

Head of the Provincial People's Council's Culture and Social Committee Nguyen Van Toan presented the draft Resolution at the Session.

In her closing speech at the meeting, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Huynh Thi Chien Hoa emphasized that in order to fulfill and exceed the goals, targets and tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in 2024, and at the same time continue to compete and make achievements to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the province's founding, the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Committee to closely follow the targets, tasks and solutions set out to continue to resolutely direct, operate, and synchronously and comprehensively implement the province's master plan approved by the Prime Minister, implement comprehensive and effective solutions to ensure the growth target, budget revenue and expenditure according to plan; shift the economic structure; focus on resolving complaints and disputes of the people, promoting investment, tourism and business promotion activities; promptly remove obstacles and difficulties to promote socio-economic development in the coming time.

In addition, proactively organize the synchronous and timely implementation of the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws in all fields; promptly review the contents, mechanisms and policies that need to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council for promulgation or amendment according to the requirements of current laws and in accordance with the practical situation of the locality, especially the newly promulgated laws that have come into effect such as: Land Law 2024, Housing Law 2023, Law on Forces Participating in Protecting Security and Order at Grassroots Level 2023...; strictly implement Official Dispatch No. 968/CD-TTg dated October 16, 2023 of the Prime Minister on continuing to rectify and strengthen discipline and order in state administrative agencies at all levels; Continue to research and propose solutions to fundamentally resolve existing problems and limitations in the management, protection and development of forests, resources, public investment in general and national target programs in particular; speed up the completion of key projects and typical works to celebrate the 120th anniversary of Dak Lak province's founding.

In the coming time, in order to continue to innovate, improve the role, quality and efficiency of operations, the Provincial People's Council will regularly organize specialized meetings according to regulations and task requirements; further strengthen the monitoring activities of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council Delegation and the Provincial People's Council delegates on the implementation of the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council, legal regulations and resolving recommendations, reflections, and urgent and prominent issues of public opinion, voters and people. In particular, focusing on monitoring and evaluating the implementation results of the Resolution targets on the socio-economic development plan, ensuring national defense and security for 05 years, period 2021 - 2025; Conduct and complete early thematic supervision in the fields of public investment and education and training in the province under the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to serve the work of drafting documents for the 18th Provincial Party Congress and direction and administration.

The Provincial People's Council requested all sectors and levels to make efforts to effectively implement social security policies, care for the material and spiritual lives of the people, policy families, workers, and people in difficult circumstances; promote activities to celebrate the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day; encourage all classes of people and the business community to join hands and contribute to successfully implementing the tasks of 2024...
