More seriously, Ms. Hue insulted the teachers at the school. Specifically, on November 26, 2021, Trung Son commune officials called Ms. Ha Thi Dua - at that time the Vice Principal of Trung Son Kindergarten, to inform that an inspection team from the province and district would come to inspect food safety at the kindergarten. After that, Ms. Dua sent 3 teachers from the school to work and have dinner with the working group.

However, the next day (November 27), Ms. Le Thi Hue talked on the phone with a teacher: "Yesterday, you went to dinner with the delegation. Are you girls hired?". Although the Trung Son Commune Party Committee asked Ms. Hue to review and learn from her experience, this incident still made the teachers in the school upset.

Immediately after receiving the petition, Quan Hoa District Party Committee assigned the District Inspectorate and the Department of Education and Training to inspect, verify, and clarify the content of the petition. The Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province also sent a document to the People's Committee of Quan Hoa district requesting a report on information related to the kindergarten principal being accused of calling the teacher a "call girl".

After a period of inspection and verification, recently, the Inspection Committee of Quan Hoa District Party Committee issued a disciplinary warning to Ms. Le Thi Hue due to violations at Trung Son Kindergarten.
