2023 Ethnic Minority Civil Service Recruitment Exam: One Candidate Gained 1.5 Points After Re-Scoring

(QNO) - On January 29, 2024, the Department of Home Affairs issued Notice No. 20 on the results of the second round of re-examination, the 2023 recruitment of civil servants for ethnic minorities in Quang Nam province.

In Notice No. 20, the Department of Home Affairs said that after the deadline for receiving appeal applications (January 23, 2024), the Quang Nam Province Ethnic Minority Civil Servants Recruitment Council in 2023 established an appeal review committee and organized the review of the second round exam results according to regulations. The Recruitment Council announced the second round of appeal results for 1 candidate who submitted an appeal review request.

Accordingly, candidate Coor Nhung (born June 6, 1999; registration number 059; recruitment field: foreign affairs; job position: foreign affairs and border monitoring and foreign reception) - recruitment location: Nam Giang District People's Committee, had a score of 84 points in the second round and a score of 85.5 points in the re-examination.

Previously, on January 8, 2024, the Quang Nam Province Ethnic Minority Civil Servants Recruitment Council in 2023 issued Notice No. 09 on the results of the second round exam and the receipt of applications for review of the second round exam results for 84 candidates.

The 2023 recruitment exam for ethnic minority civil servants in Quang Nam province opened on December 8, 2023, with the need to recruit 16 targets/16 job positions in agencies and localities.

The Quang Nam Province Ethnic Minority Civil Servants Recruitment Council in 2023 received 103 applications for 14 recruitment positions (there were 2 positions without applications). After checking the recruitment conditions and standards, the recruitment council submitted to the Provincial People's Committee a list of 101 candidates eligible for the first round of recruitment.
