Many years ago, Hoang Luu Primary School (Hoang Hoa) proactively promoted the application of IT in teaching by equipping multi-function projectors in classrooms; at the same time, encouraging teachers to prepare electronic lesson plans for teaching. However, since implementing the 2018 GeneralEducation Program, this task has been widely and synchronously deployed by the school in all educational activities from administration to teaching. According to teacher Le Thi Thuy, Vice Principal of Hoang Luu Primary School, to meet the requirements of IT and digital transformation, the school has installed 3 internet lines, invested in a computer room with 24 computers connected to the internet and a foreign language room equipped with large interactive screens. Notably, since the 2015-2016 school year, 100% of the school's classrooms have been equipped with smart TVs connected to the internet to serve teaching and learning needs. In addition, the school has also applied IT early in managing student records, exchanging work and professional tasks on specialized software and zalo and facebook group platforms; coordinated with telecommunications service providers to deploy a system to send messages to parents' mobile phones to notify them of their children's learning situation... Currently, the infrastructure and equipment serving IT application are being used by school staff and teachers and are promoting effectiveness in both management and teaching.

At Ha Long 2 Primary School (Ha Trung), although the local economic conditions are still difficult, the school always pays attention to investing in facilities and applying IT. In addition to the computer room with 34 computers connected to the internet, the school's classrooms are also equipped with smart TVs to serve teaching and learning according to the 2018 General Education Program. The school's representative said that the application of IT is being implemented synchronously from managing records and books to teaching and learning activities. In administration, many educational management software are effectively used by schools, such as: universal education software, education database software, VnEdu software, education quality assessment software... In teaching, 100% of teachers know how to exploit presentation tools, prepare and teach with electronic lesson plans, making class hours more lively, creating interest and excitement for students to learn as well as connecting and increasing interaction between teachers and students.

Not only Ha Long 2 Primary School or Hoang Luu Primary School, but also through the review and assessment of the Department of Education and Training, in addition to applying IT in teaching and learning, implementing the guidance and direction of the industry, 100% of primary schools in the province have processed records and work in the online environment. Educational quality assessment software, cashless payments, smart attendance cards, applications for staff, teachers and parents on the internet platform have been deployed and applied effectively by educational institutions. For example, through applications such as VnEdu, electronic contact books, parents can grasp information, learning situation, and activities of their children at school, thereby coordinating with teachers and schools in managing and educating students, promoting educational connections between schools, families and society. In addition, schools have also deployed IT applications and digital transformation in many other activities such as excellent student exchanges, enrollment... on the management software system.

According to the education sector, the application of IT in primary schools has changed the thinking and working style of each cadre and teacher. In particular, the proactiveness and positivity of the sector as well as school units in investing in facilities, technical infrastructure and applying software in management, teaching and learning have contributed significantly to improving the quality of education in schools. Thereby promoting the education and training career of the province to continuously develop, gradually realizing the goal of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education.
