DNVN - On the afternoon of October 30th, a workshop titled "Mastering Data - Automating Sales Processes with ChatAI and Automation" was held in Hanoi , organized by Bizfly VCCorp & VTC NetViet. The event attracted a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the city.
In the current digital transformation landscape, AI and automation are driving business growth by improving customer experience and engagement, and increasing work efficiency. Businesses that can master data and optimize sales processes with automation combined with AI can attract and persuade customers. However, in reality, many businesses have yet to keep pace with digital transformation and the rapid development of digital technology .
The workshop aims to help businesses explore ways to optimize customer data and automate sales processes; access real-world examples of successful digital transformation implementation from VTC NetViet experts; and gain hands-on experience in solving use cases applying technology solutions in marketing activities.
The event revolved around three main issues: Applying ChatAI to optimize sales consulting performance and achieve revenue breakthroughs; Integrating multi-channel data - From theory to practice; and Smart customer engagement methods with automation.
During a workshop discussing one of the benefits of AI for businesses in the customer service sector, speaker Ngoc Phuong - Head of Operations at Bizfly Martech, VCCorp, shared: "The application of AI is crucial. It will help businesses continuously update and respond quickly. Imagine having an employee who can dedicate themselves 24/7, never getting angry with customers, understanding what our customers need and want, knowing all the products available, understanding the business's direction and aspirations, and what the best things to offer customers are."
Therefore, customer care will not be too difficult. From there, AI can also generate forms to help us finalize orders, confirm orders, and then transfer KPIs to the sales software to automatically create and send orders to the business's customers.
