C-Holdings Joint Stock Company (investor of The Felix project) and BHS Group Company have just organized a livestream session on the TikTok platform to introduce and sell products of The Felix project (Thuan An city, Binh Duong province).

Notably, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of C-Holdings, was also present in this livestream.

Talking to a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong said he was very surprised when the live session had 517 bookings to reserve apartments with a total value of up to 700-800 billion VND.

It is expected that in the near future, Mr. Cuong can continue to livestream the project so that customers can learn more easily.

"Promoting products to the market through all platforms is necessary. Livestreaming to reach customers is also a way to bring affordable products to young people - those with real needs," Mr. Cuong commented.

According to Mr. Cuong, The Felix is ​​a project he is very fond of because it is suitable for young customers looking for apartments with modern design, full amenities and affordable prices. This product line is called "Fit Home", combined with the FIT FUND subsidy fund to support buyers to pay in installments of 3.9 million VND/month. The bank lends 70% with 0% interest rate for 24 months or fixed interest rate of 2.5% for the first 3 years.

The Felix has 2 blocks of 40 floors with a total of 1,200-1,300 apartments, officetels, shophouses and penthouses. Apartment area ranges from 45 - 85 m2, average selling price is about 34-35 million VND/m2 (about 1.5 billion VND/2-bedroom apartment). The project has started construction, expected to hand over apartments in the second quarter of 2027.
