Previously, at 8:00 a.m. on May 14, the Traffic Police Department of Da Nang City Police received a report from a Korean tourist couple about the loss of their phone.

Specifically, late at night on May 13, Jungeun and her husband (Korean nationality) landed at Da Nang airport, took a taxi to the hotel on Bach Dang street (Ngu Hanh Son district, Da Nang city).

When she returned to her room, Jungeun realized she had left her phone in the taxi. The Korean couple did not remember the taxi company, but they kept the parking fee ticket at Da Nang airport that the driver gave them to collect 10,000 VND.

With the taxi license plate number written on the parking fee ticket, the Traffic Police Department of Da Nang City Police directed the Hoa Hai Gate Traffic Police Station to verify and urgently find the tourist's property.

By noon today, May 14, the authorities had identified the taxi company and the taxi driver who transported the two Korean tourists from Da Nang airport to the hotel. The Hoa Hai Gate Traffic Police Station invited the taxi driver to work and recovered the mobile phone to return to the female Korean tourist.

Receiving her property back, Ms. Jungeun expressed her emotions and thanked the police for their enthusiasm and responsibility in helping her find her phone.

"Last night I was so confused, not knowing how to get my phone back. When the police informed me that they had found my phone and invited me to come and get it, I was so happy. I will always remember this trip, I accidentally dropped my phone but found it very quickly. I was so happy!", the Korean female tourist shared.
