Imbued with the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh for the electricity industry, over the years, the Party Committee of Lai Chau Electricity Company has made studying and following his ideology, morality and style a regular and voluntary activity. Discipline, self-discipline, regularity

The Lai Chau Power Company Party Committee currently has 220 party members operating in 14 affiliated party cells, and has achieved the title of "clean and strong" for many consecutive years. Based on the practical tasks of the unit, every year the Company Party Committee proactively builds plans, leads and directs the serious implementation of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, in conjunction with emulation movements and professional tasks.

The Party Committee regularly reviews and supplements professional ethics standards by topic each year, clearly defining the exemplary responsibilities of leaders, cadres, and party members. Each individual registers for work related to their position; every month in the Party cell activities, they compare, comment, and point out what has been done and what limitations need to be overcome. This is an important basis for evaluating and classifying cadres, party members, civil servants, and workers at the end of each month, quarter, and year.

Party Secretary and Director of Lai Chau Power Company Tran Kim Long said: The Party Committee has concretized the content of Directive 05-CT/TW into the action program to implement resolutions of all levels and of the Company's Party Committee; guided Party members and the masses to build a commitment to practice and strive to follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

To truly spread the learning and following of Uncle Ho, every year the Party Committee directs its subordinate Party cells to register good models and practices, associated with specific tasks. Movements such as "responsibility to set an example, words go hand in hand with actions", "building a close, friendly working style, serving customers" are widely deployed; many creative models in production and business, digital transformation, and improving service quality are promoted.

Nearly 98% of households in Lai Chau province have access to the national electricity grid.

Thanks to that, studying and following Uncle Ho's example at Lai Chau Power Company has become a regular and disciplined activity, contributing to promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres, party members, workers and employees; at the same time, improving the spirit of discipline, innovating working style, service attitude, awareness of thrift, preventing corruption and waste, contributing to the successful completion of production and business tasks.

Spread good values

Over the years, Lai Chau Power Company has continuously innovated, improved the quality of customer service, gradually modernized towards digital transformation, and applied many new technologies in the management and operation of the power system. All records, equipment history, customer data, projects and personnel are centrally managed through shared software.

Currently, the company operates 7 automatic control loops, of which 2 are fully automatic; 4 110kV transformer stations operate in unmanned mode. The software system helps office work, operations, and management to be quick and flexible, increasing labor productivity, creating convenience for the board of directors and all officers and employees.

Always interested in social security work and volunteer activities.

Currently, the Company is managing and operating the 110kV power grid with 21 transformer stations, a total line length of more than 593km; more than 2,428km of medium voltage lines and 2,009km of low voltage lines. From 2020 to present, the Company has supplied electricity to more than 18,000 customers, the average time of electricity supply has decreased from 5 days to 2.5 days. The total number of electricity customers in the whole province has reached more than 119,000, equivalent to nearly 98% of households using the national grid.

With the message "Accompanying customers to use electricity safely, economically and effectively" and the goal "Customer is the center", every year the Company organizes "Customer Appreciation Month" with many meaningful activities: supporting and helping people and businesses in using electricity; giving gifts to poor households and policy families; free repair and installation of household electricity systems; free industrial cleaning of transformer stations for customers... These activities contribute to spreading the beautiful image of the electricity industry in society.

Respond to movements and emulation activities to study and follow Uncle Ho.

Mr. Vu Trong Tinh, Manager of Sung Cho stone quarry in Doan Ket ward (Company No. 10) said: "Lai Chau Electricity has had many programs and solutions to support the unit in terms of electricity infrastructure for production. We also proactively coordinate to implement electricity saving solutions, replace new high-efficiency technology equipment, helping to improve production efficiency."

In addition, the Company launched many emulation movements to study and follow Uncle Ho's example, encouraging initiatives, technical improvements, and technology applications. From 2020 to now, 127 initiatives and useful solutions have been recognized and applied to production, bringing practical results.

Focus on digital transformation and increase labor productivity.
