Phu Tan district leaders visit martyrs cemetery

On the morning of April 26, the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Tan district held a ceremony to visit the district's martyrs' cemetery, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Attending the funeral were Secretary of the District Party Committee Le Nguyen Chau; Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee Le Thi Kim Hong; Chairwoman of Phu Tan District People's Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyet Minh; Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Tan District Nguyen Thanh An; Vice Chairman of Phu Tan District People's Council Nguyen Thanh Kieu and members of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; former leaders of the district; agencies, departments, branches, and unions of the district.

In a solemn atmosphere, delegates observed a minute of silence and offered incense to commemorate and pay tribute to the great contributions of the heroic martyrs - the outstanding sons who fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the cause of liberating the South and reunifying the country.

The Party Committee and People of Phu Tan district will continue to unite and promote emulation movements in labor production to build the homeland to become more and more prosperous and civilized, and the people's lives to become more and more prosperous and happy.
