At the meeting with senior leaders of the German Football Federation, VFF President Tran Quoc Tuan, on behalf of the VFF Executive Committee, thanked Mr. Bernd Neuendorf - President of the German Football Federation and the German Football Federation for supporting and creating the most favorable conditions for the Vietnamese women's team during their training in Germany, especially the very successful friendly match between the German women's team and the Vietnamese women's team on June 24.

The match attracted the attention and support of a large number of fans of the host country and the Vietnamese community living and working in Germany, and at the same time contributed significantly to the preparation of both teams towards the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup. President of the German Football Federation Bernd Neuendorf said he was impressed by the remarkable progress of the Vietnamese women's team and wished coach Mai Duc Chung and his team good results in their first participation in the world arena.
VFF President Tran Quoc Tuan also thanked the German Football Federation for paying special attention to the development of Vietnamese football through exchange programs at the national team and club levels, in which Vietnamese fans had the opportunity to directly witness the performances of Eintracht Frankfurt and most recently Borussia Dortmund during their tour in Vietnam. VFF President Tran Quoc Tuan highly appreciated the project "Incubator of young Vietnamese football talents in Germany", with the participation of VFF, Next Media and Bundesliga, thereby creating opportunities for young Vietnamese football talents to be trained and compete to improve their skills in the world's leading professional football environment such as Germany.

The leaders of the two national football federations openly exchanged information about their operational plans and agreed on promoting cooperation in the coming time to jointly develop football, continuing to focus on a number of important areas of football such as youth training, women's football, coach training, sports medicine, training trips for national teams, etc.
It is known that the German Football Federation is aiming to co-host the 2027 FIFA Women's World Cup with Belgium and the Netherlands. VFF President Tran Quoc Tuan expressed his confidence that with the experience of organizing major tournaments and the spacious, modern facilities of the world's leading developed football, the German Football Club fully meets the standards to become a co-host of the most attractive tournament on the planet for women's football.
