This is an annual activity aimed at listening to and receiving feedback from the people, promptly addressing practical difficulties, and reviewing the progress in resolving the previous year's recommendations.

To begin, delegates heard a summary report on the implementation of the conclusions of the Party Committees of the former wards (Thach Ban, Cu Khoi, Long Bien) regarding the 15 groups of issues raised by citizens at the 2024 Dialogue Conference. Accordingly, following the Dialogue Conferences, the heads of the Party Committees and governments of the wards focused on leading and directing the resolution of citizens' opinions and recommendations. 100% of the recommendations from the 2024 Dialogue Conference, including many pressing social issues, were promptly addressed.

According to Hoang Hai, Chairman of the Long Bien Ward People's Committee, in the four months since the implementation of the two-tiered local government model, the ward's Party Committee and government have ensured unified, orderly, and effective administrative, leadership, and management activities. The Ward Party Committee and People's Committee have issued over 5,000 documents and 40 concluding notices outlining approximately 200 specific tasks. Economic , infrastructure, and urban development have achieved many positive results; budget revenue reached 40.15 billion VND (equivalent to 87% of the projected amount)...
The ward has accelerated investment and land clearance for projects such as: the Cu Khoi regulating lake project, compensating 107/110 households (101.6 billion VND), the G.4/CXKO1 lake park project, compensating 18 households (11 billion VND), the 17.5m - 22m road project, compensating 5 households (2/11.9 billion VND), and the 30m - 40m road project, compensating 21 households (2.73 billion VND)...
Regarding the key tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025, Comrade Hoang Hai emphasized 12 major tasks, focusing on: implementing the Resolution of the Ward Party Congress; promoting administrative reform and digital transformation; accelerating the "90-day campaign" in land clearance, handling urban order violations, and environmental sanitation; ensuring security and order, preparing for military recruitment, organizing the year-end session of the People's Council, and preparing well for the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term...
Residents of Long Bien ward raised their opinions and suggestions at the dialogue conference.
At the conference, 16 delegates from the Fatherland Front, mass organizations, and the people of the ward directly expressed their opinions. The opinions highly appreciated the leadership and guidance of the Party Committee and the government, with the prominent role of the head of the ward, thanks to which the ward has achieved outstanding results in socio-economic development, maintaining security and order, building the Party and the political system; especially the results after implementing the two-tiered local government model.
The delegates also offered suggestions on Party building and the political system, reflecting on issues related to land, construction order, environmental sanitation, lighting, and public infrastructure. They also proposed solutions to existing problems and obstacles related to urban beautification, community cultural centers, policy support, social security, and care for disadvantaged groups.

Concluding the conference, Nguyen Manh Ha, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Long Bien Ward, emphasized that the opinions of the people accurately reflected reality, demonstrating a constructive spirit and high responsibility towards the development of the locality.
To further build upon the achievements and effectively address issues of public concern, the Secretary of the Long Bien Ward Party Committee requested the Ward Party Committee Office to compile all opinions expressed at the Conference; review and compare the opinions that have been answered and those that have not; and advise the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee and the Ward People's Committee to issue a concluding document and direct specific implementation.
The People's Committee of the ward focuses on directing departments and units to resolve all petitions definitively; strengthens on-site inspections and strictly handles violations in land management, construction order, and environmental sanitation; and improves the quality of service to the people.
The conference concluded in a democratic and frank atmosphere, demonstrating the determination of the Long Bien ward's political system to build a civilized and modern urban area and improve the quality of life for its people.
