Long Bien ward leaders dialogue with people

HNP - On November 7, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Long Bien ward organized a dialogue conference between the heads of Party committees and authorities with the Fatherland Front (VFF), socio-political organizations and the People in 2025.

This is an annual activity to listen to and absorb people's opinions, promptly resolve practical difficulties, and review the progress of resolving previous year's recommendations.

Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of the ward Nguyen Manh Ha and Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Hai ward, together with more than 200 representatives of the Fatherland Front, women's organizations, youth organizations, union members, veterans... participated in the dialogue.

At the beginning, the delegates listened to a summary report on the implementation results of the conclusion announcement of the Party Committees of the old wards (Thach Ban, Cu Khoi, Long Bien) on 15 groups of issues raised by the people at the 2024 Dialogue Conference. Accordingly, after the Dialogue Conferences, the heads of the Party Committees and authorities of the wards focused on leading and directing the resolution of the opinions and recommendations of the people. 100% of the recommendations at the 2024 Dialogue Conference, including many pressing issues of people's livelihood, were promptly resolved.

Chairman of Long Bien Ward People's Committee Hoang Hai said that after 4 months of operating under the 2-level local government model, the ward Party Committee and government have ensured unified, orderly and effective administrative, leadership and management activities. The ward Party Committee - People's Committee has issued over 5,000 documents, 40 concluding notices with about 200 specific tasks. The economy , infrastructure and urban development have achieved many positive results; budget revenue reached 40.15 billion VND (equal to 87% of the estimate)...

The ward has promoted investment and site clearance for projects, such as: Cu Khoi Lake Project paying 107/110 households (101.6 billion VND), G.4/CXKO1 Lake Park 18 households (11 billion VND), 17.5m - 22m road 5 households (2/11.9 billion VND), 30m - 40m road 21 households (2.73 billion VND)...

Regarding the key tasks of the fourth quarter of 2025, comrade Hoang Hai emphasized 12 major tasks, focusing on: implementing the Resolution of the Ward Party Congress; promoting administrative reform and digital transformation; accelerating the "90-day and night campaign" in site clearance, handling violations of urban order and environmental sanitation; ensuring security and order, preparing for military recruitment, organizing the year-end People's Council meeting, and preparing well for the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term...

Long Bien ward residents expressed their opinions and recommendations at the Dialogue Conference.

At the Conference, 16 representatives of the Fatherland Front, mass organizations and people of the ward gave direct speeches. The opinions highly appreciated the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the government with the prominent role of the head, thanks to which the ward achieved outstanding results in socio-economic development, maintaining security and order, building the Party and the political system; especially the results after implementing the two-level local government model.

Delegates also gave their opinions on Party building and the political system, reflected on land issues, construction order, environmental sanitation, lighting, and infrastructure, and proposed solutions to existing problems and obstacles related to urban planning, cultural houses of residential groups, policy support, social security, and care for disadvantaged people.

The Party Secretary, Chairman of Long Bien Ward People's Committee and two Vice Chairmen of the Ward People's Committee discussed and answered opinions and recommendations.

Concluding the Conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Long Bien Ward Nguyen Manh Ha emphasized that the people's opinions all closely reflect reality, demonstrating a constructive spirit and high responsibility for the local development.

To continue promoting the achieved results and effectively resolve issues of concern to the people, the Secretary of the Long Bien Ward Party Committee requested the Ward Party Committee Office to preside over the synthesis of all opinions expressed at the Conference; review and compare opinions that have been answered and unanswered; advise the Standing Party Committee and the Ward People's Committee to issue a concluding document and direct specific implementation.

The Ward People's Committee focuses on directing departments, offices, and units to thoroughly resolve the recommendations; strengthen on-site inspections, strictly handle violations in land management, construction order, and environmental sanitation; and improve the quality of service to the people.

The conference ended in a democratic and frank atmosphere, demonstrating the determination of the Long Bien ward political system in building a civilized and modern urban area, improving the quality of people's lives.
