Provincial leaders inspected the construction progress of resettlement areas in Phong Trao and Ngoi Nung villages, Bach Xa commune and the resettlement area in Uom Tuong village, Hung Duc commune (Ham Yen); and the resettlement area in Tu Quan commune (Yen Son).
Provincial leaders requested the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Duc commune (Ham Yen) to do a good job of leading the people to implement the resettlement policy.
At the resettlement construction sites, provincial leaders assessed that the selection of resettlement sites was quite stable. Local authorities must direct people to build houses according to the planning and the correct model, avoiding the situation of unsynchronized and unsightly construction after construction. In addition, relevant sectors coordinate with localities to issue land use right certificates after allocating land to people.

Regarding the resettlement area of Phong Trao and Ngoi Nung villages, Bach Xa commune (Ham Yen), Provincial Party Secretary Chau Van Lam reminded the district government that when building the resettlement area, if people wish to build stilt houses, they must concentrate in one area but must ensure compliance with the planned area. As for the resettlement area in Tu Quan commune (Yen Son), the local government should encourage people to build houses, ensuring both the usable area and aesthetics.
