DNO - On the afternoon of October 30, Senior Lieutenant General Truong Thien To, Deputy Chief of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, visited, encouraged and presented gifts to people affected by floods in Dai Loc commune, Da Nang city. Senior Lieutenant General Truong Thien To kindly visited and shared the difficulties and losses that the people of Dai Loc commune are suffering after the recent prolonged floods. On this occasion, Senior Lieutenant General Truong Thien To presented 50 gifts, each consisting of necessities and 2 million VND in cash to households that suffered heavy losses due to floods; at the same time, he requested the armed forces of Da Nang city to closely coordinate with the locality, proactively help people overcome the consequences of floods, contributing to strengthening people's trust in the leadership of the Party and the care of the army.
